Do You Know What your Joy Score is?

It's a joyful time of the year: Spring.  But, do you know how joyful you really are? Well, now there's actually a way to find out - by tracking how happy and joyful you are everyday with the JoyScore App!

I came across this app from Gary Metzker, a professor at California State University, Long Beach and a journalist while he was interviewing me for an article he was writing about Greek Happy. And, since we love anything happiness-related here at Greek Happy, I immediately downloaded the App.

The first day my JoyScore was 61.  "Ok, that's not bad," I thought. I listened to a couple of the guided meditations (I really like the one on self-esteem).  And, a funny thing happened: my day instantly got a little bit better, and I felt a subtle shift happening inside of me.

Of course, there are going to be some days when we're just not feeling particularly joyful, and the great thing about this app is that it actually prompts you to consider activities that could increase the amount of joy you're feeling.

I love anything solution-oriented, so JoyScore is definitely something I'll be utilizing in the future.

I encourage you to check it out, too!

Happy Spring!
